Step 2 : A first conversation to understand your needs
We’ll schedule a short phone call to better understand your situation and see if I’m the right person to support you.
During this conversation, you can ask any questions you may have. You’ll get a clear idea of how I work and what to expect from your first session.
Step 3 : The first session
During your first session, I’ll take a few moments to ask you some simple questions in order to better understand your situation and your needs.
You’ll then lie down comfortably on the massage table, either in your underwear or with your upper body uncovered, lying on your back. I begin with gentle abdominal palpations to identify areas of tension.
Next, you’ll turn onto your stomach. I’ll start working on your back to help your body begin to relax.
Then, you’ll slowly turn back onto your back. The session continues with precise work on your feet — this is when the release deepens: this gentle stimulation helps deeply rebalance your nervous system.
A first session often brings a real sense of relaxation and a new mental clarity.
However, for this sense of well-being to last, the body needs to return several times to this state of regeneration. With each session, deep tensions release little by little, and balance becomes more stable.
That’s why it’s generally recommended to plan at least three sessions to start feeling solid, long-lasting results.
At the end of this cycle, we’ll take a moment together to reflect on how you feel and decide if further sessions are needed.
Step 5 : A gradual path back to balance
As the sessions go on, your body releases tension more easily and regains a deeper, more stable sense of balance.
You’ll start to notice the effects — more restful sleep, renewed energy, and greater mental clarity.
Beyond these immediate benefits, this work helps you find true grounding: you gain inner stability and the ability to stay centered, even when facing life’s challenges, without being constantly shaken by stress or emotions.
