Why start therapy? How can it help me?

  • The body-based therapy I offer has a clear purpose: to help you find lasting balance and genuine well-being.

  • Often, we know we’re stressed or exhausted, stuck in habits that drain us. But understanding it isn’t always enough to make a change.

  • The body holds on to all accumulated tension.

  • During the session, you don’t have to do or achieve anything. This gentle process allows your body to gradually release what it has been holding for too long.

  • As the sessions progress, your body naturally regains its ability to recover, regenerate, and stay balanced despite daily pressures.

Why do I hesitate to reach out?

  • “Will this really work? I’ve already tried everything” — It’s a perfectly normal question to ask. “If I can’t relax, it must be me” or “Good luck to the therapist — I’m so stressed I doubt she can help me!”

  • I want to reassure you: many people who come to see me think they’re a hopeless case. But you’re not broken — and most things are reversible.

  • Stress and sleepless nights are not inevitable. They’re simply a sign that your body has switched into defense mode to cope and got stuck there.

  • Your body doesn’t speak English — it speaks through symptoms.

  • Our biology has been working beautifully for over 200,000 years. When it becomes unbalanced, it’s not because it’s failing, but because external events (like emotional shocks) have disrupted its natural functioning.

  • My role is to offer your body a safe, supportive environment that allows deep regeneration. When stress hormones decrease, the body no longer needs to stay in “defense mode.” That’s when balance naturally returns.

  • Gradually, sleep improves, energy flows freely again, and the mind feels lighter.

How long does it take to feel better?

  • From the very first session, most people experience deep relaxation and a sense of mental calm — often their first real breath of relief in a long time.

  • To allow this new state of well-being to settle, it usually takes a minimum of three sessions. The body needs several opportunities to return to this regenerative state and gradually release deeper layers of tension.

  • Progress depends on your level of fatigue, stress, and how long tensions have been present. Some people feel results quickly, while others need a little more time. What matters most is regularity — the more often the body reconnects with relaxation, the faster it regains its natural ability to recover.

  • A common experience is that once you start feeling better, it feels so natural that you forget how tense or exhausted you were before. Many people focus on what still needs to improve and overlook how much progress they’ve already made — that’s why I always take time with you to highlight these changes, which are often more significant than they seem.

  • After the first three sessions, we take a moment together to review how you feel and decide whether to continue, adjust, or pause the process. Between sessions, the body keeps working — it integrates, adjusts, and finds its balance. That’s why I like to space appointments about a week apart, even though more intensive work is sometimes possible.

  • The goal is never to multiply sessions, but to help you restore balance and reconnect with your body’s natural resources in the most lasting way possible.

Is it painful? My skin is very sensitive, especially on my feet

  • Not at all. It’s a gentle approach that works in depth. I can always adjust the pressure if you prefer, but please know that the effectiveness doesn’t come from force — it comes from the precision of the technique, which remains completely painless.

How would you describe your personality?

  • People often describe me as gentle and attentive. I like to create a kind, non-judgmental space where you can simply let go and feel completely safe.

What makes you different from other therapists?

  • I’ve personally experienced what many of my clients go through — chronic stress, anxiety, the feeling of losing control, and the exhaustion that comes with it.

  • I know what it’s like to believe that recovery depends on willpower, and to end up blaming yourself when you can’t “push through.” In reality, it’s not about willpower — it’s about physiology.

  • Discovering this body-based approach was a turning point for me. I realized it wasn’t necessary to “force” anything or to retell my entire story — it was enough to let the body find, on its own, a state of release and grounding that brings you back to the present moment.

  • Because I’ve been where you are, I know how liberating it feels to finally let go, without pressure or judgment.

  • I welcome each person with the same empathy and deep conviction: no matter where you are in your journey, your body already holds the capacity to restore balance and heal itself.

Why did you choose to become a therapist ?

  • I chose this path because I’ve personally experienced what many of the people I now support have gone through.

  • Encouraged by those around me, who noticed how much better I felt thanks to this body-based approach, I felt a strong desire to make it my vocation.

  • Today, it feels essential to me to help each person find their place again in life and reconnect with their full potential.

  • My own journey has given me the deep conviction that everyone can regain balance.

  • What inspires me every day is witnessing that subtle shift during a session — the moment when the body finally releases the pressure and enters a state of silence and regeneration.

  • It’s in those moments that true transformation begins, and that’s when I feel I’m truly fulfilling my purpose..
