My approach as a therapist specialized in burnout recovery

  • After more than ten years working in the demanding world of yachting, I carried from that experience a sense of discipline, kindness, and deep listening. But deep down, I always knew I would one day return to what truly drives me: supporting people through their pain.
  • Having personally experienced periods of intense stress and hypercontrol, I discovered a body-based method that profoundly transformed me. For the first time, I was able to release pressure, regain energy, and find a clarity I thought I had lost.
  • Today, my role is to guide you through this process of deep relaxation, which goes far beyond the time spent in a session. When stress hormones decrease, the body naturally regains its ability to recover and regenerate. This path toward balance is the one I’ve chosen to share with you.

A few words about my journey

  • Having grown up in a small village in Corsica, life taught me early on to look inward and find inner resources to face challenges.
  • These experiences helped me understand that it’s not enough to simply “understand” your discomfort with your mind — as long as the body remains tense, true peace cannot return.
  • That’s why I chose to deepen this path.
  • Today, I practice in Antibes, at Centre Ô Ressources, and at My Fitnest in Vallauris — two places that share a genuine sense of care and humanity. Also at home, upon request.
  • In parallel, I’m studying Traditional Chinese Energetics in Nice, which enriches my practice and allows me to better understand each person’s specific needs.
  • Each session is tailored to your rhythm and current needs.
  • My approach is simple: to offer you a safe, effortless space, where your body can naturally find its balance — so that, little by little, you can reconnect with yourself.
